A prominent Mercedes 600 in stock. The Mercedes-Benz 600 (W100) 6.3 V8 was intended for the wealthy and represented the pinnacle of automotive engineering at the time. The 600 was large and refined and was built with two types of bodies on a short and long wheelbase. The latter was also available with an open-top rear, also known as a "Landaulet". Our example is the short version in an amazing and partly restored condition. The first owner was Coco Chanel. When she died in 1971, the car came into the private possession of a collector in the Netherlands. After this, the car was sold to a member of the band Jamiroquai. In a video "which we own" he proudly presents his 600. Meanwhile, we have brought the car back to the Netherlands to sell this special car. The car was serviced by Mercedes restoration specialist Jaap Havik for over €30,000, including the air suspension, a major service, brakes and various restoration work. The car was directly valued before the sale €225.000 report available. This example from France is from bottom to top and front to back in excellent collectors condition. Bodywork is unrestored without welding in very cool rust free condition.
