Buying a good car and being treated well. You don't get that everywhere. Here it is. I bought a 2007 BMW Z3 3.0 with only 25,000 km on the clock. Robin knows how to find them, the pearls. But being able to find the best cars is one thing, but selling them is another. The true art of selling is not given to everyone. Yes, I am a woman, but also women can have a car heart (like me) and experience with cars and car dealers. I can now unerringly distinguish the inferior from the superior. And I can really appreciate the better ones. I can fall in love with a car but when buying one, I don't take any chances. The car has to be right, and what also counts is the way I am treated in the showroom. At Auto Arp, Robin knows his trade. He is honest, respectful, always available and keeps all his appointments. He does things very well and in a fun way. He managed, despite the short notice, to deliver the car spick and span on my birthday. I even received a congratulations and a video on the app beforehand, showing how beautifully the car was waiting for me. You can look around everywhere, ask anything. In March 2020, we bought our BMW 118d from Robin. A correct car with low mileage and equipped with all the luxury. We like the car very much, right from the start. After multiple searches for the right x5, we came to Robin's company. Beautiful cars and clear talk. Robin is a pleasant guy to buy a car from. The delivery was neatly done by Robin and after the pleasant experience with Auto Arp I can recommend everyone to take a look at his company.

Robin's communication skills have been discussed at length in previous reviews. For my part, I can only confirm them. For my part, a great start was already made by actually considering the youngtimer BMW X3 that Auto Arp had for sale as reserved, when I announced my planned visit 2 days in advance (so as not to have to make the approx. 2-hour drive to Bleiswijk for nothing).

After an extensive test drive the purchase was closed, with some agreements about points that still needed to be addressed on the X3 imported from Switzerland. The communication may indeed be good, but at least as important is the observation that agreements are "just" kept. In short, they do what they say.
