Robin's personal story on the website caught my eye and went to look for a car and was well helped by Robin. As a young company financing is quite difficult but with Robin's cooperation and thinking it all worked out. Picked up the car on Saturday and I am confident for the future! I didn't do a test drive because, as a layman, you can't say anything about it anyway and have to go by your gut feeling. Mind you, I am a young company but am 62 myself so have seen quite a few car dealerships.

I ended up at Auto Arp via autoscout and was very well helped by Robin! Reliable, fast communication and knowledgeable. Even visiting the car outside opening hours was no problem. Everything was top-notch.

I visited the guys at auto Arp several times to look for the right M3. Eventually they started looking for a car that met my specific wishes and they found it quickly! Delivered in tip-top shape, after sales is also excellent, every form of contact goes smoothly. And the men are clearly passionate about the beautiful cars they sell. Purchased a beautiful BMW 125i coupe from Auto Arp. While agreeing on the price there was honest and sincere consideration.

Had 2 small issues with the car which were nicely resolved.

Buying a good car and being treated well. You don't get that everywhere. Here it is. I bought a 2007 BMW Z3 3.0 with only 25,000 km on the clock. Robin knows how to find them, the pearls. But being able to find the best cars is one thing, but selling them is another. The true art of selling is not given to everyone. Yes, I am a woman, but also women can have a car heart (like me) and experience with cars and car dealers. I can now unerringly distinguish the inferior from the superior. And I can really appreciate the better ones. I can fall in love with a car but when buying one, I don't take any chances. The car has to be right, and what also counts is the way I am treated in the showroom. At Auto Arp, Robin knows his trade. He is honest, respectful, always available and keeps all his appointments. He does things very well and in a fun way. He managed, despite the short notice, to deliver the car spick and span on my birthday. In March 2020, we bought our BMW 118d from Robin. A correct car with low mileage and equipped with all the luxury. We like the car very much, right from the start.
