For two years I searched for a good ML. Through autoscout I ended up with Robin Arp, whose company I did not know. The specifications and looks were too good to be true, so at the test drive we immediately had a purchase inspection done. The acquaintance during our purchase interview was very pleasant and I appreciated the openness and especially the keeping of appointments. The remarks found in the purchase inspection were neatly resolved by Robin before the delivery of the car after our summer vacation. I am extremely happy with the car and enjoy it daily. After multiple searches for the right x5, we came to Robin's company. Beautiful cars and clear talk. Robin is a pleasant guy to buy a car from. The delivery was neatly done by Robin and after the pleasant experience with Auto Arp I can recommend everyone to take a look at his company.

Robin not only sells cars but makes sure that if you have any problems later on, they are also solved. I highly recommend buying from autoarp.

Robin's communication skills have been discussed at length in previous reviews. For my part, I can only confirm them. For my part, a great start was already made by actually considering the youngtimer BMW X3 that Auto Arp had for sale as reserved, when I announced my planned visit 2 days in advance (so as not to have to make the approx. 2-hour drive to Bleiswijk for nothing).

After an extensive test drive the purchase was closed, with some agreements about points that still needed to be addressed on the X3 imported from Switzerland. The communication may indeed be good, but at least as important is the observation that agreements are "just" kept. In short, they do what they say. Auto Arp stands for Youngtimers with old-fashioned service.

Ich bin im Internet auf Auto Arp über mobile.de aufmerksam geworden, da bei Auto Arp immer mal wieder interessante BMW Youngtimerfahrzeuge angeboten werden. Ich suchte schon sehr lange nach einem ordentlichen BMW M3 E30, das Angebot an guten Fahrzeugen ist mehr als dünn und bisher haben sich leider auch vermeintlich gute Autos als Blender entpuppt.

Bereits meine erste Anfrage zu dem Auto per Mail wurde sehr zügig, kompetent und freundlich von Robin beantwortet. Bei einer Mail ist es nicht geblieben, es wurde eine deutlich zweistellige Anzahl an Emails hin und her geschrieben und alle meine im weiteren Verlauf auftretenden Fragen wurden geduldig, schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Viele Detailbilder wurden mir ebenfalls auf Wunsch zugesendet und das Auto wurde quasi virtuell durchleuchtet und von Robin ehrlich beschrieben.

Auf Grund der großen Distanz zwischen meinem Wohnort und Auto Arp war klar, ich kann mir den Wagen vor Ort nicht ansehen. Ich hatte aber das entsprechende Vertrauen und kaufte dann das Auto sozusagen "blind" ohne Besichtigung. Das Auto wurde mir dann zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt zugestellt und alle im Voraus gemachten Angaben zum Fahrzeug, zur Historie und zu den Dokumenten haben der Wahrheit entsprochen. Das Auto war bzw. ist für mich schlicht perfekt!!!!

Ich kann Auto Arp zu 100% weiterempfehlen und ich würde hier immer wieder - auch blind - ein Auto kaufen. Meine Bestellung für einen BMW M5 E34 und einen BMW M3 E36 habe ich schon abgegeben ;-) Ich wünsche Auto Arp für die Zukunft alles Gute und ich bin super happy, das ich mit den beiden Jungs so einen entspannten und fairen Deal abwickeln durfte!!!

Today picked up my Audi SQ5 after glass coating treatment. It is really super done !!! It shines...not normal.

Cleaned the engine compartment, cleaned the interior. It was already a picture such a SQ5 now completely.

Almost by accident, I saw a BMW E46 convertible for sale at Auto Arp, which I did not yet know as a company in Specials & Youngtimers, especially in BMW. I also did not know Robin Arp. I got to know both of them during a well-considered and especially pleasant and relaxed buying process. Buying a vehicle is always exciting if it is not your métier, and then an open, well-tuned contact in which the seller does what he says and provides the requested information is very important. Robin takes his time, does not impose himself but is at the same time responsive. That gives confidence, and that confidence has never been betrayed, on the contrary. I look back on it with a good feeling, and above all: I am in possession of a beautiful convertible in the colour combination I wanted. I believe that is also called Freude am Fahren. Top, Robin!

Auf Auto Arp bin ich eher zufällig übers Internet gestoßen auf der Suche nach einem BMW E60 M5 in Sammlerzustand .

Zu Robin Arp bestand von Anfang ein sehr guter, offener Kontakt. Er war immer erreichbar, egal ob per WhatsApp oder telefonisch, und hat meine Fragen und Anliegen nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch sehr zügig beantwortet.

Ich habe Robin über den gesamten Kaufprozess als ehrlichen und kompetenten Geschäftsmann kennengelernt, der mir die nötige Zeit gegeben hat, mich bewußt für den Kauf dieses besonderen Fahrzeugs zu entscheiden.

Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass Robin unfanngreiche Unterlagen, umfassendes Bild-.und Videomaterial und alle Nachweise geliefert hat, die ich erbeten hatte. Dazu gab es noch eine Einschätzung des Fahrzeugs durch seinen lokalen BMW-Händler zu gezielten Fragepunkten.

Aufgrund der Entfernung zwischen meinem Wohnort und dem Firmensitz von Auto Arp und der Pandemielage war ich nie persönlich vor Ort. Der ganze Kauf des Fahrzeugs hat aber über die Distanz mit der Vielzahl an bereitestellten Infos mit einem sehr guten Gefühl für mich funktioniert.

So bin ich nun dank Robin Arp im Besitz dieses einzigartigen Fahrzeugs und würde jederzeit wieder bei ihm kaufen. Ich kann ihn aufgrund meiner Erfahrung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

It is always exciting when you buy your first Youngtimer, and what a pleasure it is then to receive good and honest assistance. After a relatively short search, Auto Arp had the perfect Youngtimer for me, the BMW X3, full of options. I wanted to have this car completely converted to the current era and I was amazed at the possibilities and expertise of these gentlemen (and showroom!). Now I have an old car that drives perfect, looks perfect, has perfect sound (8 speakers + subwoofer!!!) and has full options. Thanks gentlemen and see you in 5 years ! (when this BMW has been written off ;-P )
